Wallace Stone is delighted to welcome a new Principal Engineer to the recently opened office in Stornoway. Donald Armstrong is originally from Edinburgh, but has lived on the Isle of Lewis since 1993. He studied Civil Engineering at the University of Paisley and has since gained a broad-based experience through working for the local authority, water industry, defence sector and in private practice.
