Modifications to steel pontoon barge to operate as pump-ashore facility for fish farm well-boats; assessment of wave climate; design of piled mooring system with fendered keepers; design of bridge to accommodate wide range of movement and minimise bending of delivery pipes; contract management; site supervision.
