AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Marine works sub-consultant to Project consultant Fairhurst; responsible for design and management of fish pier, dredge, marina, slipway and services, and also underwater supervision.
- 77m long deep water pier for fishing boats;
- multi-purpose raised slipway;
- 50 berth marina in sheltered area
- traffic lights controlling egress from the harbour area;
- disabled access arrangements.
Excellent, well-appointed harbour with high quality facilities, services and potential for economic development; use of local contractors and materials. Construction of fish pier in the dry.
