Strengthening works to quayside slabs and quay walls at BAE Systems Shipyard, Govan, in preparation for the assembly of sections of the CVF aircraft carrier build programme.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Detailed design of marine civil works including; sheet piled quay wall, heavy lift quayside deck (20 te/m2) comprising RC slab on tubular steel bearing piles; high load hardstanding area (20 te/m2) comprising RC slab on precast concrete bearing piles; general ground bearing RC quayside area slabs; general drainage and services.
